1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Roda Cascais services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any term, please do not use our services.
2. Bookings and Payments
Bookings are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept credit and debit cards.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance: full refund. Between 24-48 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: no refund.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for proper use of rented equipment. Damage caused by negligence will be charged to the user.
5. Safety
Helmet use is mandatory for all tours and rentals. We follow all Portuguese road safety regulations.
6. Age Requirements
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Some bikes and tours have specific age requirements.
7. Weather Conditions
In case of adverse weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours with a full refund.
